TUT showcases rising vocal talent in From Napoli to Broadway production

The Department of Performing Arts (Vocal Art) at the Tshwane University of Technology's Faculty of Arts and Design, will present From Napoli to Broadway, a carefully curated programme featuring some of the greatest crossover hits of recent times at the Breytenbach Theatre this August.

Audiences will enjoy well-known Neapolitan songs performed in a three-tenor style, alongside some of Broadway’s most celebrated musical numbers, creating an accessible and enjoyable experience. To add further variety, the programme also includes two traditionally inspired pieces, two light operetta selections and concludes with the universally acclaimed opera favourite, Nessun dorma.

The cast is filled with exceptional talent who, in keeping with our track record, are destined to grace international stages in the future.

From Napoli to Broadway will be performed at the Breytenbach Theatre, 137 Gerard Moerdyk Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria, on 24, 26 and 28 August at 19:00 and on 30 August at 15:00.

Tickets (purchased at the door) are available at R80 per person, R40 for pensioners and R20 for students.
