Join us for a day of fun in the sun during the final leg of TUT annual Fundraising Golf Day that will take place at the prestigious Woodhill Golf Estate and Country Club in Pretoria on Thursday.
The first and highly successful 2025 leg was hosted in Mbombela earlier this year.
The TUT Fundraising Golf Days were introduced to generate support for the Missing Middle students, helping to alleviate student debt for those not covered by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
“The University is encouraged by the extraordinary goodwill shown by industry leaders, alumni, the golfing fraternity, government and public sector. Their support is instrumental in helping academically deserving students achieve their goals,” said Seabelo Thomas Nyawo, Development Manager at the Advancement and Partnerships Office.
Nyawo thanked donors for the generous contributions already received and emphasized the importance of continued support. “The funds raised will assist students in need of laptops, e-books and other essential study materials,” he added.
He also extended an invitation to potential sponsors: “Interested donors, companies and individuals still have an opportunity to sponsor the golf days and showcase their products or services on the course.”
