Adds the featured events and sub featured events to the page

- Compatible with page layouts: Homepage, Landing Page, Inner Page: Full Width
For Featured Event Type, select Featured from dropdown to show a featured event
For Sub Featured Event Type select Sub-featured from dropdown to show 3 sub-featured events.
For the Button Link, one and only one link must be entered (internal or external). Not adding either will cause an empty link text in the page.
