​​​​Credit Accumulation and Transfer is the process of preventing a student from repeating compatible subject(s) or module(s) which the student has already passed and corresponds with TUT’s current subject(s) or module(s) in order to obtain a qualification. Credit Accumulation and Transfer are subjected to TUT’s Rules and Regulations. ​

Students’ Rules and Regulations, Part 1 of the Prospectus: 
  • Admission - Chapter 1 and;
  • Credit Accumulation and Transfer - Chapter 6

Complete the attached application form, attach all relevant supporting documentation and submit to Student Services on the campus of your registration, or via email.

Subjects(s) or Modules(s) completed at another institution
    • Original academic record (from the other institut​ion)
    • Syllabi (brief explanation or description of the instructional offering)
    • Proof of payment 
Subjects(s) or Modules(s) completed at TUT
    • You will be contacted should supporting or additional document be required. 
Application form as well as proof of payment may be forwarded to the person responsible for your Faculty. Forms completed incorrectly or not completed in full will not be considered, please take your time to complete the form correctly.​
