Genius expressed his gratitude towards lecturers from the Faculty of ICT who have helped to shape him into being a future-ready graduate - he is now able to integrate his programming and AI skills to develop tech-based Apps that could solve real problems faced globally. “The Faculty of ICT is the hub where one is pushed to exceed one’s potential. The skills that we are taught, such as adaptability and critical thinking, really assisted me to reach the stage of not only using technology but being part of those who are making it,” he said.
He describes himself as a passionate, dedicated and focused individual. “I believe that it is good to have great ideas, but I choose to be an executer of smaller ideas. It clearly is in the execution of ideas that humanity moves forward, not only having ideas. I believe that good is not good enough if I can be better and better isn’t better enough if I can be the best”, Genius said.
