Grade 9 Subject Choice

Making the correct Grade 9 subject selection is of vital importance as it can have a huge impact on what a learner can study in the future and where the scholar can further their studies. SDS offers the following services to learners who need to make a subject choice: 

  • A one-hour career information session which is free of charge and can be done at all the SDS units.
  • A career assessments where psychometrics are used to establish the most relevant Grade 9 subjects. This can only be done at the Pretoria Campus SDS unit for a fee. ​​
