​This department offers the following National Diploma programmes: Human Resources Management and Contact Centre Management. After completing the National Diploma in Human Resources Management, you will be able to take on responsibilities such as recruitment, development, remuneration, staff administration, planning and development in an organisation. 

​You will, however, need good communication skills, be able to work well with all kinds of people, enjoy taking the lead, and be diplomatic and tolerant, but still able to act firmly in any situation.
