FINANCIAL AID OFFICE (Bursary sponsored students)​

Email your bursary approval letter to the Financial Aid Office and request them to lift the financial block to enable you to register online:

STUDENTS WITHOUT AN APPROVED BURSARY:

  • A registration fee (initial deposit) of R 1500 is payable up front, before registration.
  • Senior students should pay all outstanding fees relevant to previous semesters/year as well as an initial deposit of R 1500 before attempting to register.

Please note that the payment will only reflect on your student account within three (3) working days. You will not be able to register online before the payment reflects and the financial block has been lifted.​

IMPORTANT: You will not be able to register a subject(s) online if you have outstanding debt and or a payment arrangement with the Financial Department.

Note: The word “Arrangement” means Acknowledgement of Debt (AoD) or Debit Order mandate.​

NOTE: A CLEAR COPY OF YOUR ID DOCUMENT SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO ALL EMAILED AND FAXED ENQUIRIES/REQUESTS/APPLICATIONS. IF YOU FAIL TO ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR ID DOCUMENT, YOUR ENQUIRY WILL BE DISCARDED.
