While all donors will be recognised, naming opportunities will be available to donors giving larger amounts. Such rights are based on the building costs per m² of the thirty-two rooms in the building and range in venue from R1.4 million to R15.333 million​. 

These costs include building or renovation expenses, window and floor coverings, furniture and fittings as well as the essential technical requirements of a modern university library.​​
