Tshwane Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS)

Tshwane Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS) envisages world class projects such as establishing the first fundamental space geodesy station in the southern hemisphere and the establishment of a SADC regional seismology network to map seismic activity controlled by geological features such as the great African rift.

The Tshwane Institute of Advanced Studies will further manage and control the establishemnt of a Science &Technology (S&T) train, a fully self-sustainable facility on wheels.
