We offer study opportunities in the fields of Management Services, Operations Management and Project Management (a four-year qualification). Operations Management is offered up to master's degree level.

The National Diploma in Management Services will teach you how to advise all levels of management on solving their problems.  Advice is aimed at supporting management, as well as helping it achieve the organisation’s goals – in particular regarding profit, cost-effectiveness, quality and productivity.

Operations Management, on the other hand, deals with the management of the process of providing the market place with products and services.  It covers the tasks, issues and decisions facing an operations manager responsible for providing essential products and services.

With an applicable national diploma or equivalent, a person can enrol for the B Tech in Project Management.  You will learn how to develop a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes implementing the project plan, along with careful controls to stay on the "critical path", that is, to ensure that the plan is being managed according to plan.
